APPLICATION STEPS

The application process at NCA is clear and straightforward, guiding you from online submission through assessment and eligibility checks.

Successful applicants are notified and proceed to enrolment, marking the start of their training journey.

Step 1: Online Application Submission

Applicants are required to complete and submit the online application form through the official portal.

All required fields must be filled accurately, and supporting documents should be uploaded where applicable.

Step 2: Application Review and Verification

The Admissions Office will review all submitted applications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with admission requirements.

Incomplete or incorrect applications may be rejected or returned for correction.

Step 3: Applicant Assessment (EPT & Interview)

Shortlisted applicants will be contacted by the Admissions Office and invited to complete the English Placement Test (EPT) and attend a personal interview.

These assessments are used to evaluate the applicant’s academic readiness and suitability for the program.

Step 4: Eligibility Check with HRDF

The eligibility of applicants will be verified with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) to ensure they meet the necessary criteria for enrollment and sponsorship, if applicable.

Step 5: Admission Decision Notification

Applicants will be formally notified of the admission decision (acceptance or rejection).

Notifications will be sent via official communication channels (e.g., email or SMS).

Step 6: Enrollment and First Day of Classes

Applicants who receive an acceptance notification must visit the NCA campus to complete the enrollment process.

Attendance on the first day of classes is mandatory to confirm their registration and secure their place in the program.
